The Secret Was Just the Beginning

The movie The Secret gives people just a brief overview of what manifesting and learning the law of attraction can do for us. A lot of people have seen it, and frankly a large percentage of them didn’t get any results whatsoever. So why did that happen?

It happened because the law of attraction doesn’t work the way we want it to all by itself. We need to shift our whole paradigm about prosperity, about success. In other words, if we don’t believe it can happen, it’s not going to happen for us. So the solution to this would be a deeper understanding of the law of attraction.

These days more and more self help and life management books that are coming out are about the use of brainwaves and manifestation to achieve wealth creation and prosperity. A year after The Secret, Bob Proctor launched the sgr program (The Science of Getting Rich), then the Paradigm Shift program on TV. Joe Vitale has dozens of products explaining his view on the law of attraction.

I could probably go on for days with the new self help books that came out after The Secret and that’s great news from where I see it because there are so many things we can learn from the masters before we go on and say it’s all a bunch of nonsense.

For me, the Secret was just the beginning. Since then I looked up self help and I improved my life tremendously in a whole bunch of different areas. If you want to get started you don’t even have to buy anything. There are hundreds of free ebooks people are offering as their way of giving back, of contributing to the world.

So my point is, go on and take some action in this area if you didn’t already. And if you did, than continue because life is nothing but a journey and it is our duty to live it as best we can.
