In this section of the website, I want to let you know about our team what we are here to do. I am also going to get into how this site works and how you, the reader or you, the advertiser can benefit from it. We are also constantly looking for talented writers to join our team, so that is another topic I will touch upon. So now, if you’re still interested in what this page is all about, let’s get right into it.
Visitors
As a devoted visitor of our site, you will be provided with the latest news in the industry and when we say the latest we mean it. We are trying to get this site updated on an hourly basis, and although that’s not always possible you will notice that we are almost every time where you find out first.
Aside from that, our authors are constantly providing the reader with tips and information on the older as well as the new releases. We tried to have our authors be very different people so that no matter what your age of your preferences are, you will still find something to your liking on this site. Sometimes you will see stories written in a more casual manner, sometimes you may see them written as well as formatted in a very professional manner. Just so you know… That’s what we were going for.
What we’re all about
Our favorite statement is “Diversification is key.”
Not a very impressive statement and maybe not even grammatically correct, but that tells you what we are all about. You see, we believe that by diversifying things we are able to speak truly to more people and to reach deep into their souls. For example if we wrote a book and the book had 100 pages, you would probably read that book but only one page really touched you while the rest of the pages you will have forgotten by the next day. But that one page, you will remember forever. And I say that not knowing a thing about who you are or where you come from. So that might have been very weird for some of you, but that’s what we’re all about.
Writers
If you are a writer you should know that we do need you. Depending on the kind and quality of the work you do we are willing to pay for your services. If you are interested in a job, check out the Jobs section or just use the contact form. We are looking forward to working with you.

We are always excited about advertisers being interested in our site. We are interested in long-term business relationships and as our site becomes more popular, we are hoping to be able to provide the best services for what you are paying. At the point of writing this, there is no specific offer we have for advertising, but you can always check back with the Advertising section on out site. However, if the information provided there is not entirely satisfying for you, than you can contact us using the contact form. By emailing us and expressing your interest in our services, you are not committing in any way to closing a contract. You can contact us just for information.

I wrote an article comparing home prices to wages in 1933, 1948, and now. Using historical ratios, I came to the conclusion that housing prices still have to drop to 2.61 times annual wages. Or at the moment, about another 14.7%. If you want me to submit the entire article, tell me how.
